2. Pricing & Payment

  • All displayed fares include applicable taxes, airline fees, and service charges.
  • Fares are only guaranteed once full payment is received and the ticket is issued.
  • We may process your payment in multiple transactions to complete the total amount.
  • In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies, we reserve the right to revise or cancel affected bookings.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the issuance of the e-ticket.
  • Booking confirmations and e-tickets will be emailed to the address provided at the time of booking.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all booking details and report any errors immediately.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Most airline tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund, subject to processing fees and airline policies.
  • If a flight is canceled directly with the airline, you must notify Sky Tkt to initiate refund processing.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days but may vary depending on airline procedures.

5. Changes & Amendments

  • Changes to passenger names and itineraries are subject to airline rules and additional charges.
  • Some changes may not be permitted after ticket issuance.
  • If a flight is modified or canceled by the airline, we will support you in finding alternatives, though final decisions rest with the airline.

6. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

  • Customers are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required permits.
  • Sky Tkt does not provide visa services. Failure to present required documentation will not qualify for refunds.
  • Some destinations may require transit visas even for layovers—please verify all entry and transit requirements in advance.

7. Baggage Policies

  • Baggage allowances differ by airline and fare class. Customers should consult the airline directly for baggage rules and charges.
  • Additional or oversized baggage may incur extra fees at the discretion of the airline.

8. Name Accuracy

  • The name on the ticket must exactly match the government-issued ID or passport.
  • Airlines may deny boarding for name mismatches. Any corrections are subject to fees and availability.

9. Flight Schedule Changes & Delays

  • Airlines may alter flight schedules due to operational needs.
  • Sky Tkt is not liable for missed connections or delays but will assist in arranging alternatives where possible.

10. Travel Insurance & Health Requirements

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as cancellations, medical issues, or baggage loss.
  • Travelers must comply with health regulations and vaccination requirements relevant to their destinations.

11. Special Requests & Unaccompanied Minors

  • Requests for special services (e.g., seating, meals) should be made directly with the airline at least 72 hours prior to departure.
  • For unaccompanied minors, customers must review and comply with the airline’s specific policy prior to booking.

12. Airline Responsibility

  • Sky Tkt functions as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for airline-related cancellations, delays, or service failures.
  • If your flight is rescheduled or canceled by the airline, we will provide support in securing alternative arrangements.

13. Force Majeure

Sky Tkt is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
  • War, civil unrest, terrorism, labor strikes
  • Airline insolvency or technical failures

Refunds or changes in such cases are subject to airline or service provider policies.

14. Promotions & Discounts

  • All promotional fares and discounts are subject to availability and may change without notice.
  • Offers may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
